Director Shubham Singh Is On Board With His First Film Penalty
Shubham Singh’s newly directed film, Penalty is releasing on 19th July 2019. Penalty is a film about a young, talented northeast Indian football player, Lukram. The 21-year-old footballer is seen fighting all sorts of negative backlashes and racial discrimination in the film to achieve his dreams. Racism is something which is prevailing around the world where people are facing discrimination, just not been seen or accepted overtly. Racial discrimination is rooted in North-east India since years. These incidences inspired the debutant director, Shubham Singh to speak up at front line through cinemas.
