MOU साइन होने से मिलेगा बिहार की कला को वैश्विक आयाम : शिवचंद्र राम पटना। भारतीय सांस्कृतिक संबंध परिषद (ICCR) विदेश मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के साथ कला, संस्कृति एवं युवा विभाग, बिहार ने पटना में विभाग के मंत्री के कक्ष मेंMOU साइन किया। विभाग के मंत्री श्री शिवचंद्र राम की उपस्थिति में MOU परICCR के निदेशक शत्रुघ्न सिन्हा और विभाग के सांस्कृतिक निदेशक सत्यप्रकाश मिश्रा ने साइन किया। इस दौरान मंत्री श्री राम ने कहा कि बिहार की कला-संस्कृति आज राज्य के अलावा देश भर में अपनी पहचान बना रही है। लेकिन अब भारत सरकार की संस्था ICCR के साथ दो साल के लिए MOU पर बिहार सरकार हस्ताक्षर से बिहार की कला को दुनिया भर में ले जाने का मौका मिलेगा। मंत्री ने कहा कि अब राज्य के कलाकारों को विदेशों में भी आसानी से मंच मिल सकेगा, जो पहले आसान नहीं होता था। अब राज्य के...
