Indywood Film Carnival, promoted by UAE-based billionaire Sohan Roy, has inked Memorandum of Understanding with Korea-based Seoul Guro Kids International Film Festival (GUKIFF) to exchange knowledge, technology and cooperation in producing movies and events.
